How to summon Collector Astorestes
To spawn Collector Astorestes, you need to collect all chapters of Mercia’s Legacy in order.
First, collect Chapter 1 through 6:

/way 65.9, 44.2 Chapter Two – Right of the exit, on a bench
/way 65.8, 44.0 Chapter Three – behind second bench on the right
/way 65.7, 43.5 Chapter Four – on the next bookshelf, bottom left
/way 65.9, 43.2 Chapter Five – on the floor next to the bench left of the north exit
/way 66.2, 43.3 Chapter Six – on the first table on the right when facing the north exit
Talk to the Echo of Mercia
After collecting the first 6 chapters, the Echo of Mercia spawns in the mid room. Talk to the NPC to receive the Humble Gaze buff. You can now see Chapter 7 in a random location in the Temple of Humility. It has a slight purple glow.
Hand in Chapter 7
Give Chapter 7 to the Echo of Mercia to summon Collector Astorestes.
